Products are purchased through this website or directly through our contact persons. The buyer undertakes to comply with these terms of use. When ordering, please provide your name, address, phone number and email address.

We may send a tracking link to your email or mobile phone, which you can use to track the package and, if necessary, change the delivery. You are careful when giving your information, as a buyer, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct. You can also write your own wishes in the additional information section, we will try to fulfill them as much as possible.

Payment methods

The prices on the page include taxes and fees. You only pay the stated price of the product and the stated postage. Payment can be made through all Finnish online banks and by credit card.

We use the finnish Paytrail payment intermediary service, through which you can pay for your purchases quickly, reliably and safely. You can find more information about Paytrail and customer service contact information on their website: https://www.paytrail.com

Currently, paying by invoice is only possible for our business customers. We currently do not send orders by cash on delivery.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

We currently deliver products to Finland and Denmark.

Finland 7.5€
Denmark 11€

We use finnish post’s services for deliveries.

The product will be sent to the address indicated by the buyer. If there is an error in the information, please contact us before paying.
Vihrea Harka is not responsible for costs if the customer has given the wrong address. The delivery time of the products is usually approx. 2-14 working days from the order.

If the product is out of stock:

You can wait for the product to be in stock.
Cancel your order and you will be refunded the amount you paid.
You can choose another product. In which case you will either pay more or you will be refunded depending on the price difference of the products.

Return of products

The products have a 14-day exchange and return right. Products to be returned must be unused and without defects. For unwarranted returns, we charge the incurred costs to the customer. We send defective returned products back at the customer’s expense. If you want to exchange or return a product, please contact us by email first jp@vihreaharka.fi.

If the shipment is damaged during postal transport, report the damage to your post office immediately. Also contact us and we will agree on the delivery of the new product.

The products have no warranty. Please report any damage within 2 months.

Customers not picking up the package

If the package has not been picked up from the post office’s pick-up point by the deadline, and the package is returned to us, we will charge the customer 10 euros as handling costs.
